The Center for Universal Design is a
national research, information, and technical assistance center that
evaluates, develops, and promotes accessible and universal design in
buildings and related products.
Adaptive
Environments
This site includes information about the New
England ADA Technical Assistance Center and two national programs of
Adaptive Environments, the Universal Design Education Project and the

Kentucky
AgrAbility
Kentucky AgrAbility provides direct on-farm technical
assistance, link you up with a network of farmers with disabilities to
share ideas and similar experiences, help you find financial support
for assistive technology and farm equipment modifications, connect you
to a national resource center of assistive technology for farmers with
a physical disability and provide training to rural healthcare
providers on Rehabilitation Technology in Agriculture.
The
KATS Network
The Kentucky Assistive Technology Network, KATS
Network, is a state-wide, consumer-driven organization funded under
the Technology Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities Act of
1988, PL 100-407, and it's subsequent re-authorization in 1993. Its
primary mission is to establish a statewide, comprehensive system for
the provision of assistive technology devices and services to
individuals with disabilities.

KATLP is a program funded by both private and public money to help
Kentuckians with disabilities obtain assistive technology to improve
their independence or quality of life. KATLP is managed by the
Kentucky Assistive Technology Loan Corporation (KATLC) board of
